The Breaking Barriers Carnival is organised in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 December). Apart from fundraising, this carnival also aims to share information on and create awareness of the disabled community.

For every $2 donation, you can look forward to

getting yourself a balloon sculpture
playing the fishing game
scampering on water in a giant plastic ball
getting a chance to win fabulous prizes
taking control of a powered wheelchair to complete an obstacle course
having a fun picture taken by SPD’s clients

Also at the carnival will be a charity bazaar by SPD’s staff and volunteers as well as all- day song and dance performances and special appearances by MediaCorp artistes!
